The Dark Horse GAME OF THRONES Season 5 RT Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes) starts at 10:00:01 am (PDT) on 4/12/15 and ends at 10:00:01 am (PDT)  on 4/13/15 The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Dark Horse Comics, Inc., 10956 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, OR (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected at random if there are two-hundred retweets. Two (2) winners will l be selected at random if there are four-hundred retweets. Three (3) winners will be selected at random if there are six-hundred retweets. Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about the following day for each prize pack by Sponsor.  The winners will be contacted by Direct Message via Twitter and has until noon PST on 4/14/15 to claim. If not claimed, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be selected. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason or the selected winner is ineligible to receive the prize, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for the prize by the winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of the prize for any reason, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  
All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or any limitation. Except where prohibited, winner may be required to complete, sign, and return a publicity/liability release and confirmation of eligibility as a condition of receipt of prize, within 10 days of notification.
 
PRIZES:  First selected winner: Lannister map marker, Stark map marker.The total approximate retail value (ARV) is $50.00. Second selected winner: One (1) of each of the following: Baratheon Shot Glass, Greyjoy Shot Glass, Lannister Shot Glass, Stark Shot Glass, Targaryen Shot Glass,  Baratheon Pint Glass, Greyjoy Pint Glass, Lannister Pint Glass, Stannis Pint Glass, Stark Pint Glass, Targaryen Pint Glass, and Tyrell Pint Glass. The total approximate retail value (ARV) is $100.00. Third selected winner: Game of Thrones Season 1 on blu-ray, Game of Thrones Season 2 on blu-ray, Game of Thrones Season 3 on blu-ray, Game of Thrones Season 4 on DVD. The total approximate retail value (ARV) is $320.00.  The odds of winning a prize is determined by the total number of eligible entries received. 
 
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releases shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control.
