Dragon Age: Inquisition Playing Card Golden Nug Contest Rules and Regulations

Entry: People with playing cards purchased at the Event: PAX Prime from August 28, 2015 - August 31, 2015 in Seattle, Washington. Persons who are 18 years old or older are eligible to enter by purchasing a deck of Dragon Age: Inquisition Playing Cards - Series Two - PAX Edition at the Dark Horse Comics Booth Sky10 for the chance to win. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit: 10 decks can be purchased each day per person.

Eligibility. Employees of Electronic Arts Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies (“Sponsor and its agents”) and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Employees of Dark Horse Comics, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies (“Sponsor and its agents”) and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible.

Winner Notification: Winner will be chosen by purchasing a deck of Dragon Age: Inquisition Playing Cards with a Golden Nug Card or a Silver Nug Card at the Event. Winner will show the Golden Nug or Silver Nug card to a Dark Horse Comics, Inc. employee and give them their name and email address so that they can be notified at a later date. If winners cannot be contacted, are contacted and do not respond as directed within 30 days of attempted notification, refuse the prize or are ineligible to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold the prize. All prizes claimed in accordance with the Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or who otherwise violates these rules. Entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.

Prizes and Odds: There are 500 decks of Dragon Age Inquisition Playing Cards - Series Two - PAX Edition being sold at the Event. Within the 500 decks, there are 5 Golden Nug Card prizes and 20 Silver Nug Card prizes. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the number of decks of cards sold.

Winner of Golden Nug Cards will receive:

Dragon Age: Inquisition Stein. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $19.99. G700's Wireless Gaming Mouse, G710+ Mechanical Keyboard, G35 7.1-Channel Surround Sound Headset. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $359.97

Winner of Silver Nug Cards will receive:

A code to download a digital copy of the Dragon Age: The World of Thedas Volume 2 art book. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $24.99.

If Winner does not claim prize at the Event, they can email contests@darkhorse.com to claim prize after the Event.
