Colonus

The future: a dying Earth has been abandoned, the poor and weak left behind. While Earth’s elite survivors colonized Mars, its outcasts—the miscreants, criminals, fringe-dwellers, crackpot scientists, and sociopaths—fled inward, to Venus (“a place fit for scumbags”).
